The following pain management training modules will give you knowledge, skills and practical tips to better manage your pain. Short videos of real patients and health professionals are included to help you understand HOW to use this information in practical ways.
We recommend that you start with the 'Pain types' and 'Making Sense of Pain' modules first to help you to better understand pain and why pain can persist. You can then select which training modules may best suit your pain management. For example, if you are feeling distressed or suffering low mood (depression or anxiety), try taking 'Approach to Pain'. If you need help with staying active, try 'Movement with Pain'.
